USpring – your point of contact in Switzerland

A mentoring support program for Ukrainians looking for work and ways of social integration in Switzerland.

The project began in October 2023 when we launched a pilot group. 10 foreign mentors with experience of living and working in the French-speaking part of Switzerland helped young Ukrainian professionals to acquire new skills and knowledge of the Swiss labor market, improve their local knowledge and language level.

The project attracted the attention of EVAM and the Vaud cantonal government in March 2024. Now the USpring program is expanding to 50 mentor pairs and will help Ukrainians in the canton of Vaud overcome the difficulties of social adaptation in Switzerland throughout the year.

USpring is an opportunity to build a network of contacts, gain relevant knowledge and feel part of a large community.
